Q: When is the deadline for placing my order?
A: A new menu is posted on the website on Tuesday evening. We accept orders all the time. For us to guarantee a delivery on Monday, you must call no later than 3:00 p.m. on Saturday. We will most likely not be in the office, but if you leave a message, we will get it. You can call us on Sunday or Monday (sometimes we are able to accommodate last-minute orders, but we cannot guarantee it).
Q: What's the difference in a Standard Order, Double Order, Half-Order, Choose 4 items?
A: A STANDARD ORDER ($70) consists of nine 24-ounce containers. Each dish contains 3-4 servings. The typical meal consists of one serving of a main-style dish and two side dishes which works out to be 10-14 meals -- lunch and dinner for 5-7 days. Most of our clients have some fresh fruit and vegetables/salad along with their Lean Green Cuisine meals and have said that a single order usually lasts at least 6 to 7 days.

A HALF-ORDER ($47) consists of all 9 items on the menu in 12-ounce containers.
CHOOSE 4 ITEMS ($39 and $23): Choose 4 items (24-oz or 12-oz containers) of your choice from the 9-item menu
A LA CARTE ($9.50 for 24-oz or $6.50 for 12-oz).
Q: How long will my food keep?
A: Being that our meals are low in fat and have zero cholesterol, they keep extremely well if kept refrigerated after delivery. Almost all our dishes will keep for over 7 days. Please feel free to ask us about any specific dish. (479) 443-2327.
Q: Are your meals cholesterol-free?
A: Yes, our meals are completely cholesterol-free and contain no animal ingredients or animal by-products. Lean Green Cuisine food has Zero Cholesterol.
Q: Do you use organic vegetables?
A: On average we use 90% organic vegetables, grains and beans. It depends on the availability and quality for each week. We buy locally as much as possible. The more we all support the organic farmers, the lower the prices will be for all those fantastic organic, sustainable food choices. That is why Lean Green Cuisine has been able to buy almost totally organic produce. Together we can make a difference.
Q: When will my food be ready?
A: We prep on Saturday, cook on Sunday, and deliver on Monday.
Q: What do I do if I’m not going to be home at the time of delivery?
A: Most of our clients leave a cooler containing ice or ice packs (especially in the warmer months) out for us. The cooler should be able to hold about 3 six-packs of soda and have enough room for ice. If you do not have a cooler, we can provide one for a $4.00 fee. Some clients also give us access to a refrigerator in the garage or in a guesthouse.
Q: Where do you deliver?
A: We deliver in and around the Fayetteville area and along the 540 corridor all the way up to Bella Vista as follows: Fayetteville $5; Rogers/Springdale/Bentonville $6, Bella Vista $7.
Q: Can I lose weight by eating Lean Green Cuisine meals?
A: If you follow correct portion sizes of 3 servings per container and a consistent exercise schedule, you should lose weight at a controlled, healthy pace. The only sure-fire way to lose weight is to take in fewer calories or burn more. Many of our clients have reported substantial weight loss since switching to the Lean Green Cuisine meal plan.
Q: Can I customize my order?
A: We only make the nine dishes listed on the menu for that week. If you don’t like one of the dishes, you can double-up on another. For instance if you don’t like the #2 dish, you can get two #3 dishes. On some dishes, we may be able to leave out certain ingredients.
Q: Can I get a discount if I refer my friends?
A: Yes, you can! For every friend you refer who orders a Standard Order, you will get a $10.00 discount on your next order. The Full Half-Order and Choose 4 will give you a $5 discount. Just have them tell us they were referred by you.
Q: How do I make payments for meals?
A: Payments can be made when your food is delivered or when picked up. You can pay by cash, check, or debit/credit card. You can also pay by credit or debit card by phone if you're having your order delivered. Please call by 5 p.m. Saturday. We do prefer cash or checks as it helps keep our prices down by excluding the extra processing charge.
Q: How often do your menus repeat?
A: Our menus repeat every 6 weeks. However, our chefs are always modifying and adding new dishes to our existing menus. We also cook seasonally so that any menu repeats only once during the year.y so that you
Q: What if I have to cancel my order at the last minute?
A: There is a 75% (of amount due) cancelation charge if placed after 6:00 p.m. Sunday. We have already purchased, prepared and packed the meals by Sunday evening.
Q: What if I don't pick up my meals on Monday?
LGC is closed on Tuesday, so If pickup is not possible on Monday, there will be a $10 charge if we must meet you on Tuesday for your pickup.
Q: What about sales tax?
A: Sales tax will be added to each order.
