1.  Single orders ($70) consist of nine 24-ounce containers*

2.  Half-Orders ($47) consist of the same 9 items in 12-oz containers* 

3.  Choose four 24-oz containers ($39) from the menu*

4.  Choose four 12-oz containers ($23) from the menu*

5.  A la carte:  $10.50 per 24-oz or $6.50 per 12-oz; choose as many or as few as you like*

The items with an *asterisk* have gluten.  If you need gluten-free, please omit those items and double-up on your choice of dishes.

 

Pickup on Monday is between noon and 6 p.m.

1.  SQUASH RISOTTO WITH SAGE:  (servewarm)  butternut squash, brown rice, celery, onion, housemade vegetable stock, olive oil, nutritional yeast, parsley, sage, sea salt, and black pepper (E/S)

2.  **SPIRAL PASTA WITH FENNEL AND SUNDRIED TOMATOES:  (warm)  spirals, tomato, fennel, onion, sun-dried tomatoes, olive oil, basil, garlic, sea salt, black pepper (E/S)

3.  QUINOA, CAULIFLOWER, AND RAINBOW CHARD WITH TOASTED PECANS:  (warm)  quinoa, cauliflower, rainbow chard, pecans, olive oil, Braggs, herbs de Provence, garlic, sea salt (E/S)

4.  LEMON POPPY SEED VEGETABLES:  (warm)  red cabbage, broccoli, daikon radish (local), olive oil, lemon, poppy seeds, green onion, agave, cornstarch, sea salt (E/S)

5.  WALNUT-ROSEMARY CARROTS AND GREEN BEANS:  (any temp)  carrots, green beans, walnuts, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic, rosemary (local), lemon, sea salt (E/S)

6.  CRANBERRY-ORANGE LIMA BEANS:  (warm)  baby limas, celery, onion, olive oil, orange, cranberries, maple syrup, parsley, cinnamon, sea salt (E/S)

7.  BUCKWHEAT WITH TEMPEH AND BROCCOLI:  (serve warm) broccoli, tempeh, red bell peppers, green onions, peanut butter, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, olive oil, Braggs, rice vinegar, Asian chili sauce, natural cane sugar (E)

8.  SMOKY SPLIT-PEA SOUP:  (serve warm)  split peas, carrots, potato, spinach, housemade vegetable broth, olive oil, chipotle, sea salt, black pepper (E/S)

9.  **PEAR CRUMBLE:  pears, whole-wheat pastry flour, all-purpose flour, oats, sugar, cornstarch, coconut oil/olive oil, allspice, ginger.

We use no processed products.  All of our food is freshly prepared from whole foods and rich in vegetables, fruits and whole grains -- just as nature intended.
