Judy Paynesmith.

Judy has been employed in the medical field for many years and thus has acquired a committed interest in healthy living. Additionally, her studies of the eating habits of early Man stimulated her passion for anthropology, and she graduated from the U of A with a BA in Anthropology in 1994. She credits her daughter Caroline as a major influence on her healthy lifestyle, and she wants to pass her knowledge to other people to help them live healthier, happier and longer lives.
